Many people, including myself, use crystals in a daily self-care routine or to complement alternative medicine. More than we realize, the vibrations in each color and crystalline structure of the stones affect and stimulate each of your internal subtle bodies better known as chakras.
Chakra jewelry is believed to be beneficial for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being as they not only help balance the imbalanced chakras but they also help to open blocked energy pathways. In my work, I use energetically charged crystal stones to help enhance vibrations in different areas. Amber is fossilized resin of now extinct coniferous trees over 30 million years old. Amber holds the knowledge of millions of years, supporting confidence, manifestation and creativity.
Amazonite calms the brain and nervous system and aids in maintaining optimum health. It balances the masculine and feminine energies and is called the Stone of Courage and the Stone of Truth. Amazonite empowers one to search the self and discover one’s own truths and integrity, and to move beyond fear of judgment or confrontation with others to live in alignment with those beliefs and values.
Amethyst enhances intuition, spirituality and meditation and calms the mind and spirit. It also helps with inspiration, protection and cleansing.
