Shipping policy

Solii+Mi ships out orders once per week. 

Please be sure to check out once you have everything in your cart. Unfortunately, no merging of orders is allowed when purchasing collection items. 

If you would like to be protected from any loss by USPS, you will need to purchase additional insurance for your order. Please let us know before you pay your invoice so we can calculate the additional cost for insurance.

For international orders, shipping fees include postage, handling, and shipping materials.


We currently do not currently ship to:
Afganistan, Africa, Bolivia, Brazil, Burma, Cuba, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Malaysia, North Korea, Paraguay, Russia, Spain, Syria, Turkey, Venezuela.

If your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged due to factors that are out of our hands. Susan Lenart LLC is unable to accept responsibility. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all steps are taken in order for their shipment to arrive safely. 

It is also the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is correct at the time of payment. If we have to refund your payment due to incorrect shipping information, we will also have to charge you for the additional seller fees.
Each item is inspected before packing for shipment. Please review the images carefully as we will not be able to offer exchanges or refunds if you are not happy with your purchase. Product weights are calculated for shipping and are not the actual weight of the item.

If there are any issues with your purchase, please contact support@jewelsofthenomad.com within one day of receipt of delivery.
Susan Lenart LLC/Jewels of the Nomad cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your package once it has been shipped.
