We are a small, artist-run studio. Everything we offer is curated, sourced, and made with care. Because of this, our policies are clear and intentional.

Gemstone Policy

All gemstones are natural materials and may contain cloudiness, inclusions, or internal markings. These characteristics are part of the stone’s natural formation and are not considered defects.

Each stone is:

Hand-cut by a lapidary artist
Sourced in India
Individually inspected prior to shipment

Due to the nature of gemstones, we cannot guarantee stones against internal fractures or inclusions.

Please review all product images carefully before purchasing.

All gemstone sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges based on preference or dissatisfaction with natural variations.

If there is an issue with your order (damage or incorrect items), please contact
support@soliimi.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Once an order has shipped, Susan Lenart LLC / Solii+Mi is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.

Jewelry Policy

Jewelry purchases are eligible for exchange only.

No monetary refunds
Items must be returned unworn and in original condition
Once received and inspected, a store credit or exchange will be issued

As a small company, this policy allows us to continue creating intentionally and sustainably.

Workshops & Classes

Workshops are limited in size and carefully planned.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the workshop date are eligible for a refund
Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your spot
If your spot is filled, a refund may be issued minus any processing fees

Please note: All third-party payment or platform fees (including Shop fees) are non-refundable.
