A thought from Solii+Mi

“Choose what you are drawn to. Sometimes the color, the shape, or the feeling of a stone is reason enough.”

01 / Explore by intention

What are you
becoming?

Start with a feeling or quality you would like to cultivate. These are symbolic associations, not promises—think of each stone as a small, tangible reminder.

The Gemstone
Library

A growing archive of natural characteristics, stories, and meanings. You do not need to be shopping to explore. Curiosity is welcome here.

All gemstones

Traditional and contemporary gemstone associations are cultural and personal interpretations; they are not scientifically established medical effects. Mineral identities and physical characteristics are distinct from symbolic meanings. Trade names and treatments can vary.

03 / What makes a stone itself

Beautifully
unrepeatable.

A stone is not meant to be identical to the one beside it. Color shifts. Inclusions gather. Hand-cut surfaces catch the light a little differently. These are the marks of natural formation and the hand that shaped them.

For us, irregularity is not something to hide. It is part of the material’s history—and often the very thing that makes us reach for it.

04 / Working with gemstones

Care & Ritual

The physical care of a gemstone and the personal meaning we bring to it are two different things. Both deserve attention.

For the material

Keep its beauty.

Store gemstones separately from harder jewelry, protect them from drops and sudden temperature changes, and avoid chemicals or prolonged sunlight when a stone’s sensitivity is unknown. Some stones and treatments should not be immersed in water or placed in ultrasonic cleaners. Always follow care guidance for the specific stone and jewelry setting.

For the intention

Give it meaning.

Hold a stone for a moment. Notice its color, weight, and form. Choose a word you want to carry—courage, patience, love, clarity. It need not be a grand ceremony. A moment of attention is enough to turn an ordinary object into a personal reminder.

Gathered with Intention.

At Solii+Mi, we offer gemstones in curated collections, rather than as individual loose stones. Each grouping is an invitation to work with color, form, and unexpected combinations—whether you are making jewelry or building a personal collection of meaningful objects.

Collections and availability change; each product listing shows the stones included in that particular grouping.

“What we gather becomes part of who we are.”
