Shipping & Studio Policies
At Solii+Mi, every piece is created, assembled, inspected, and packaged with great care in our small family studio. Many of our designs are one of a kind or made in very small batches, and because of this, processing times may occasionally be longer than expected. We believe thoughtful craftsmanship is worth the wait.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are generally shipped once each week. During collection launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience as we prepare each piece with the attention it deserves.
Multiple Orders
Please be sure your cart contains everything you wish to purchase before checking out.
Because many of our collections feature one-of-a-kind pieces, orders cannot be combined or merged after purchase.
Shipping Insurance
All packages are shipped with the carrier's standard coverage unless otherwise noted.
If you would like additional shipping insurance for the full value of your purchase, please contact us before completing your order so we can provide the additional insurance cost.
International Orders
International shipping charges include postage, packaging, and handling.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or brokerage charges required by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping rates.
At this time, we do not ship to:
Afghanistan, Bolivia, Brazil, Cuba, Greece, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Malaysia, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Paraguay, Russia, Spain, Syria, Turkey, Venezuela, or most countries within Africa.
Shipping Address
Please carefully verify your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply before the package can be resent.
Handmade & Natural Materials
Many Solii+Mi pieces incorporate natural materials, ancient artifacts, gemstones, and hand-forged elements. Variations in color, texture, shape, and age are part of what makes each piece unique and should be expected.
Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our work, all sales are considered final.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@soliimi.com and include photographs of both the packaging and the item so we can assist you promptly.
Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
Solii+Mi is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged while in transit. If you have purchased additional shipping insurance, we will gladly assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.
